The Preamble to our Legal Notices

At AWFixer Industries, Bitchy LLC, rootCORP, and AWFixer Foundation, AJ Services and all companies owned, operated, or managed by the AWI Corp Umprella (read more here), we treat all information with the utmost care and respect. We do not give or sell your data to third parties, and we are moving to add privacy-preserving in house analytical solutions allowing us to run our A/B Tests, monitor websites, and collect possible PII without having to involve any 3rd party that has lower standards for your data then we do.

One thing that you will find about our legal pages is that they are written in very plain, easy to understand language. We have done this because we believe that you have a right to not only know how we use your information, but how we protect your information as well. We have privacy as a core value, because we believe that a pillar of a quality service or product, is the way that you feel comfortable interacting with that product.

We are also very strict about our data retention policy, as we laid out here Data Retention. We understand that this might be annoying to some people, which is why we are actively working to find a way to retain data for longer time periods in a way that does not go against our values or other internal policies involving user privacy.
